• I have not been informed if the issue is resolved in a preview version of the winget client.

Brief description of your issue

I installed the newest version (19.0.5) of CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Mega, but winget detected it as CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Full.

Steps to reproduce

1. Run sudo winget source reset --force to refresh (or delete) the local cache.

2. Run winget list CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack to list installed packages of all edition of CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack
   (including CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Basic,
   CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Full,
   CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Mega,
   and CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Standard)

3. If there is no packages found, go to Step 4,
   else run winget uninstall CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.xxx (xxx refers to Basic, Full, etc.) to uninsall the packages and then go to Step 2.

4. Run winget install CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Mega to install it.

5. Run winget list CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack and check the result.

Actual behavior

There is only one package in the list, but the ID is CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Full (the edition in the list is Full, not the installed edition Mega).

Expected behavior

There is only one package in the list, and the ID is CodecGuide.K-LiteCodecPack.Mega.

Sorry, I'm not very familiar with GitHub. I accidentally closed the Issue (#269475). And my English is poor that I don't realize that "Reopen" means "open again" at first. So I think the Issue cannot be opened again and create an identical Issue (this Issue).😭
