Technically Nugget (yes ik ik) superseeds this: https://github.com/leminlimez/Nugget but there's no installer and imo, i don't like the portable way of installing with winget.
There's also a builtin-updater in Nugget, so i think it's best to simply remove the outdated/unmaintained packags from winget.

This is a pipelines limitation unfortunately. Last time when multiple versions were processed in a single pull request, it ended up breaking the pipelines.

You will need to make 3 pull requests in total.
