install based on dependencies

Hi
I'm working on jetson nano. To use your model more faster, I needed to install Pytorch 1.13.0 from source cause it wasn't any wheel of that in Nvidia's repositories for jetson nano.
Base on pyproject.toml in your github repo, I've installed the1.13.0 version of pytorch and 0.14 version of torchvision and all the the required packages.
But I'm getting errors from transformers one by one!
Which version of tranasformers should I install to be compatible with Pytorch 1.13??
Or is there any version of rfdetr that can be work with lower transformers version wich is compatible with torch 1.13?
Please help me!
