Add support to provide tag name and tag message

Right now the only available option to provide tag is tagging_message which is used as tag's name and tag's message in the code

    else
        echo "No tagging message supplied. No tag will be added.";
    fi
}

I would like to have both options.

To avoid any issues in user's workflows I thinks it will be good to leave fallback to tagging_message for new parameter

Final changes would be smth like:

_tag_commit() {
    echo "INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE: ${INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE}"
    echo "INPUT_TAGGING_NAME: ${INPUT_TAGGING_NAME:-$INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE}"

    if [ -n "$INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE" ]
    then
        _log "debug" "Create tag $INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE";
        git -c user.name="$INPUT_COMMIT_USER_NAME" -c user.email="$INPUT_COMMIT_USER_EMAIL" tag -a "${INPUT_TAGGING_NAME:-$INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE}" -m "$INPUT_TAGGING_MESSAGE";
    else
        echo "No tagging message supplied. No tag will be added.";
    fi
}

If sounds good, I can make this changes.
