Add Iconify support

Unfortunately, attempting to use icons results in a question mark (e.g. if using the architecture autocomplete or sample from the website) and
I didn't see any mention of Iconify support in the extension description.

Ref Markdown Preview Mermaid Support already supports this feature.

Also ref support in the CLI.
