Error while generation flowchart

Hey Team,

i try to generate new charts. I get a error message each time i try to generate a new chart. In the error messages old files listed, that dont exsist anymore.

Example:
The last chart is created on C:\lukas\test.ps1. If i delete the file and try to generate a chart from C:\lukas\chart.ps1 than it tells me that C:\lukas\test.ps1 dont exsist. if i place a file on this path the generation for the chart.ps1 work.

Promt that i use:

I tested this in the last versions.
In the version 2.1.3 it worked correctly. Since 2.2.0 the error occurs.
