Cant able to see the outcome to tool usage even after configured GITHUB MCP server in VS code

I have configured the VS code with GITHUB MCP server and used add context where i used create_issue and list_branches tools but for both of the tools it says I will do that. Below is the exact question I asked to the agent.

1. User query to agent -
   create a new issue in 'GENAI' repo of 'akashlinux10may' github owner with title - MCP, description-Testing MCP server.

Tool - create_issue

2. User querty to agent -
   can you list the branch in github GENAI repo for akashlinux10may github owner

• vs code is running in agent mode

Yes, MCP is actually running on my local. Vs code is running in agent mode, In fact from Add context I enabled list_branches tool. see the attached screenshot, you will find everything I mentioned.
