1. Luanch CmdPal
2. Start typing in Korean
3. Bug occurs

✔️ Expected Behavior

The text I typed have to be not changed or eleted until I press backspace

❌ Actual Behavior

The text I typed's deleted automatically and repeat my recent typing. scary!

Additional Information

The previous version a.k.a. PowerToys Run V1 had no this bug. This bug semms to be occurred by Microsoft IME text combination. It's considered not to occur in CJ, and only occurred in Korean (not Middle Korean) so far—this occurs in English too.

The text typed in Command Palette is undid&redid repeatedly even I'm not typing the keyboard. In this video, I opened Touch Keyboard and drag it with mouse, but the text still repeats deleting and reverting itself. When the phisical keyboard inputs key stroke, Touch Keyboard should be closed automatically so we can know there's no physical keyboard input in video

In this video, the text's typed in Command Palette by only Touch Keyboard an dthe bug appears clearly. The normal typing shows the visual effect ㅐㅜ Touch Keyboard, but the buggy typing doesn't show any visual effect, just keeps typed even I could drag Touch Keyboard

This also happens in my environment.
By the way, I'm using a Japanese environment. Is this a bug specific to 2-byte environments?
When I use PowerToys Run, I wonder how they managed to release Version 2 in such a poor quality state.
The development team is incompetent, but the quality control team is even more incompetent.

@dog6o 🤔that's teresting. in my case japanese has no this bug, or I haven't met that yet. I just founded even english has this bug and now I suspect the search result's the cause, or not ¯_(ツ)_/¯

I'm having this issue occasionally as well. Occurred when doing calculations, and I just use a standard en-US charset.

In the below recording, I am not touching the keyboard at all. The typing is occurring on its own and eventually stopped after a minute or so.

I have the same issue. It occurs pretty regularly while trying to do calculations.
I need to restart Command Palette in order to be able to use it properly again.
