Adding synchronized PowerShell in explorer

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I like the command line under the file list of dolphin of plasma KDE, which can greatly improve my development efficiency.

Can we add similar functions to achieve synchronization between powershell and explorer? Thank you very much!

Scenario when this would be used?

After finding the target folder in Explorer, we only need to type code . to open vscode in that folder.

I reckon it'd be Hard to have a persistent terminal pane within explorer. Syncing the CWD across explorer and the shell would be non-trivial, since we can't change the CWD of the shell consistently.

(think: what if you started typing foo, then changed the directory in explorer? how do we change the path of the open shell then?)
