🛠️ Description
I'm not a fan of the config object structure I created for hub apps. This PR reorganizes the objects to mimic Azure resources but without the "properties" and creates a central place for deployment inputs called "options". App properties are separate and include a property for the hub config as well for easy referencing. I may split those at some point, but left it as-is for now.
This PR should not change anything. It's simply refactoring the object.
