Change the location of the automatic close button #1945

When I install the Arabic language plugin, the top buttons for close and minimize automatically shift to the left side.
The problem is that they 'rise' above the 'File' and 'Edit' buttons that are located in the 'Toolbar' at the top, and they hide them, making it impossible to access these menus in a regular way, only through keyboard shortcuts or command search.
I am attaching a picture for clarification.
Another thing, when I installed a plugin for Hebrew, the same thing happened. This indicates that it is an automatic issue that occurs when installing plugins for languages that are right-to-left (RTL).
My diagnosis is that this is not a problem with the plugin, and probably not with the VSCode software, but rather an issue in Windows. Because this happens only in Windows, and on Mac it doesn't change; the buttons remain on the right side, and everything is fine.
The problem also does not occur because of the Arabic characters; when I change the language code to another language, it still stays on the right side, even though it is displayed in Arabic characters.
