Moving Row Using ALT + Up/Down Arrow Key Cause an Issue with the Code Indentation

• VS Code Version: 1.101.0
• OS Version: Windows 11 Enterprise (OS Build: 26100.3775)

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a .cpp file.
2. Use ALT+ Arrow Key (up/down) across the already indented code.

3. The indentation of lines changes and doesn't resets as previous.
4. I have these extensions on VS Code, I even tried disabling these and run the code again but the issue remains the same.
