alt+arrow not moving cursor in terminal

A couple days ago, alt+left/right stopped moving the cursor in the vscode terminal. Instead, they insert D or C. Still works in Stable so I don't think anything changed with my shell config

This is by design as we've been doing the wrong thing here historically. You should use ctrl+arrow instead in this case. See #190629, I plan on explaining this change in release notes and providing a custom keybinding to bridge the gap if people want the old behavior.
