I've trid four times to download vsix unsuccessfully. after clicking the Dpownload vsix link an explorer dialog appears and I select a folder to download into. The download progresses as I see in the lower right hand corner of the IDE. After the delay ends, the designated folder is empty. I open a cmd console window, change directory to my profile root and execute a search: dir /s *.vsix
I see files display spanning multiple directories. Adter reviewing the files listing, I am unable to find any *.vsix with today's date.
So it seems as if the download is occurring, but there is no .vsix file as evidense anything was performed.
On the otherhand, the same extension "Oracle SQL Developer" 25.1.1 can be Inststalled via the "Install" option.
