Easy local setup

I would like to make it super easy to setup a local install of dasblog-core. This would make it super easy for folks to test out dasblog-core or develop themes.

So assuming you already have the dotnet CLI installed this should be 2-3 commands to install (would this be NuGet? Suggestions welcome.) this to a specific directory and another one to run it.

Can you please provide instructions/pointers for creating a simple hello world blog using dasblog-core? just exploring.
