Custom API URL ignored in options menu links

Hi, I want to use the the browser plugin together with my custom wakapi instance.
I configure the plugin to use a custom API URL and save the settings. When I then click on Login, I'm still redirected to https://wakatime.com/login, so it seems that custom API Urls are ignored.
This used to work in the past (I tried last time ~ 1 year ago), is this a regression ?

Yes, v4.0.10 just released.

Oops, there's a bug in the release. React components can't be async, so I'll figure out another way. Until then the login url will go to wakatime.com/login.

I guess the actual bug is the one resolved by #293, and the login URL is just a UI mistake.
