Smarter project importer

The current project importer only performs regex replacements.  It might be possible to use the refactoring features of Eclipse JDT to perform smarter import actions such as package or method renames. This would result in a smoother import experience and allow for greater flexibility in making changes to the library with lower risk to breaking user programs.
