Is this a docs issue?

  • My issue is about the documentation content or website

Type of issue

Information is incorrect

Description

The macvlan driver section randomly mixes in a tidbit of configuration example for ipvlan driver, it uses verbiage like „still a Bridge“ or „Layer 2 Briefing“ which is not really Motivated or explained.

Location

https://docs.docker.com/engine/network/drivers/macvlan/

Suggestion

I think adding a dedicated ipvlan documentation is needed. Also the different Macvlan modes are not documented.
