How do I add a new library to this

Given that you do not support pre-release libraries, if I were to clone this repository locally what would I have to change to include a pre-release library for myself (for example, Google MLKit Document Scanning) to use with MAUI?

Apologies for the low level of the question, but I am not entirely sure I understand how this project works!
