`Installing rosetta...` should have a timeout (when no GUI is available)

Lima gets stuck at Installing rosetta... when no GUI is available.
This step should have a timeout.

Workaround 1: executesoftwareupdate --install-rosetta, and type A in the "Type A and press return to agree:" prompt

Workaround 2: set rosetta.enabled in the YAML to false

We could potentially add the option to disable installing Rosetta as a stop-gap too. That was in my original PR, but we removed it.
