We upgraded our software recently, now using lcov: LCOV version 2.0-1
LCOV_EXCL_LINEs seems to be counted now incorrectly. An old coverage report is here,

Capturing initial zero coverage fails if a .gcno file has a space in it. I m guessing it ll fail elsewhere too but I
haven t got to testing that yet.
