Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. MCP.ing is an MCP server-side search site for all available, trusted MCP services, with plans to offer a cloud-based MCP public service in the near future. As the developer of MCP.ing, I face challenges in increasing visibility in the GitHub community. My service is not currently listed on GitHub's official list of MCP resources, which limits discovery of my service by developers looking for a trusted MCP solution.
Describe the solution you'd like
I’d like GitHub to include MCP.ing in the official MCP resource list . MCP.ing - A trusted MCP collection site for reliable server discovery and retrieval.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I’ve considered promoting mcp.ing through community forums, social media, or other platforms. However, these lack the targeted reach and credibility of GitHub’s official MCP resource list, which developers trust for discovering MCP tools. Another option was submitting to third-party lists (e.g., awesome-mcp-servers), but inclusion in GitHub’s resources would offer greater visibility and trust.
Additional context
MCP.ing is a reliable MCP service for collecting and processing website data, with upcoming cloud-based features to improve scalability and accessibility. It adheres to Model Context Protocol standards and is compatible with tools like Claude Desktop and VS Code. More details are available at MCP.ing. Adding mcp.ing to the GitHub MCP resource list would support GitHub’s mission to promote AI-driven development tools. I’m happy to provide further details or assist with the integration process.
