Add tools for github actions

I'd like to tell an agent "go fix the build" and have it check github actions.

I'm happy to add these tools to the repo, and I wonder if they were intentionally left out for some reason? Also, there are many tools - should we be considering splitting this into sub MCP servers eg github-actions-mcp-server?

Hi @bobtista, thanks for the suggestion. Development for the github-server has been moved to GitHub in the http://github.com/github/github-mcp-server repo , so we're no longer adding tools to github-server in this repo.
