Git mcp - add remote support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'd like the MCP server to support remote configuration, especially understanding which remote to pull from / push to etc

Let's start by adding a tool to list the remote URLs

Describe alternatives you've considered
I don't want to limit it to GH / BB / GL - when I use git locally I don't care, and I don't want the entire GH MCP server just to be able to push across forks

Additional context
I'm open to contributing if that's an option
