Added the PlayCanvas MCP Server.

Description

Allows an LLM to drive all major functions of the PlayCanvas Editor to edit and even one-shot whole games and 3D apps.

Server Details

Motivation and Context

Allows for visual vibe coding of 3D apps and games.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested with Claude Desktop and Cursor on both Mac and Windows.

Breaking Changes

Not beyond adding the server to their config.
