Description

Add Grafana Tempo MCP server to the community servers list in README.md

Server Details

  • Server: Tempo

Motivation and Context

Allows querying spans and traces from Tempo.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested from Claude Desktop.

The repo also has test scripts
