Reason I want to claim both is to avoid confusion between package naming and to potentially expedite the process of getting at least one of these names under my user if one meets more criteria than the other.

@sourcesimian Hey just a further heads up since the email on pypi is not validly configured. I would like to take this over and flesh out a plugin management system for Python

We are working to contact the owner to determine if they're reachable and have sent them a courtesy message.

Final determination regarding project ownership will be made by the PyPI Administrators when the research process is complete.

Additionally, hopefully you will take some of the light weight, pure Python ideas from the project too :)
