Account recovery request

Reason for request

I have access to the email, but I do not think that I set up the 2FA., when I tried to access the account, it say my email cannot be verify (n although the password is correct), I try to recover the password but the email said that is not possible.
I cannot find any other way so I'm sending this email to see if I can recover the account

be aware I have not use it in years
