Account recovery request for TestPyPi

Reason for request

I registered an account on TestPyPi using a random password which failed to be saved to my password manager. I verified my email address, but cannot set up 2FA because I do not know the password. I clicked the reset password link, but nothing seemed to happened (no confirmation, no email, no visible error, just redirect to homepage). Can you please delete my account on TestPyPi so that I can re-register? Thank you!

I was able to reset your test.pypi account for you. Your 2FA has been reset and a password reset has been issued. You should be able to regain access to your account after completing the password reset. Let us know if you have any more issues. Thanks.
