Changing Primary email address

Reason for request

Hi the PYPI team,

I have all access, I can connect to my account but I can not change my primary address which is no more badr.ouali@clickhouse.com (I have no access to this email address). My primary address is badr.ouali@outlook.fr.

I have access to my password, the authenticator pass, and the other email affected to the account badr.ouali@outlook.fr. This one should be the primary.
