Date/Time custom widget

Is there out there a date/time picker custom widget implementation that I can use or I have to implement my own. I know there is a date picker but I also need the time part.
Also, for the existing date picker, is there a way to set the default value to 'today' or 'now'?

@andrewtelnov, the sample does not appear to be working when using the popup:

I cannot see any errors on the Plunker sample, but when running locally I can see the following error in console.

Any suggestions?
