Request: Publish latest lakefs-sdk for Python to PyPI

Hi folks, first of all thanks for the project!

I need the commit "Python SDK update urllib3 version requirements" by @nopcoder in order to be able to install lakefs on an managed Airflow environment.

Could you share any dates regarding when you're planning to do the next release of lakefs-sdk to PyPI? That would be much appreciated!
