rock-5c: Add gpio names to current and edge dts

Description

This PR adds proper GPIO naming according to Radxa documentation to make it way easier assign them when using gpioinfo.

Just like with my work for the Rock 3A I don't mind if anyone wants to sent this upstream. Some formatting might be needed though to make it pretty lol.
