Upcoming major namespace changes

The code will be the same, just get ready for upcoming namespaces you need to qualify your types and functions with.

E.g.
t8 : root Termin8or namespace for core features.
t8x : root namespace for Termin8or features that are not essential. X for extra or external.

Then for core features, we have:
t8::color
t8::screen
t8::drawing
t8::input
To name a few.

I will change this again as I realize that two levels of namespaces is a bit too much to ask of the user of the API. I will try to flatten it.

The changes have already been done some time ago and I settled for just the t8 and t8x levels. Sorry for late update.
