This first release of the CDNO describe nutritional attributes of crop plants comprising 583 CDNO terms within two major classes ‘dietary nutritional component’ and ‘nutritional component concentration’. It also includes 286 tagnames from the International Network of Food Data Systems and 136 code numbers from the U.S Department of Agriculture FoodData Central associated to nutritional component concentration terms.
