Fixes Codex history migration exact-signature logic, proxy request logging retention/runtime refresh, AMR/model forwarding and domestic Responses partial handling, injection bridge stability, and packaged EXE one-file extraction by using a stable LocalAppData PyInstaller runtime dir and excluding optional charset-normalizer mypyc binaries. Verified with static AST/JS checks, real local-proxy smoke using user's provider/AMR config, and packaged EXE smoke. Full pytest intentionally skipped to avoid Codex shutdown-prone tests.
