Fixed official-direct mode detection so an older third-party provider focus no longer makes the injected panel or floating monitor treat the active Codex session as third-party/proxy usage.
Kept official-login injection useful while Plugin Unlock stays forced off: the Usage Panel now refreshes quick settings while open and keeps the last safe runtime state if a transient backend status poll fails.
Improved the injected Usage Panel's official quota display so official subscription/quota snapshots are shown directly instead of being hidden behind the generic official-login message.
Verified with targeted Python/unit checks and packaged EXE smoke test. Full pytest was intentionally skipped because this environment has Codex-disruptive tests.
