What does this pull request do?

Implements the BCNM Crustacean Conundrum.

• Crabs can take a maximum of 1 damage per hit. Left a TODO for this to be 1 damage per hit for multihits. (Like Bludgeon)
• Crabs have a very potent 30 HP endrain, which heals them to full.
• Removed Regen on Watersday (Confirmed fake by Siknoz)
• Are able to be effected by, but do not take damage over time from Bio, Dia, etc.
