Doc-only release. Surfaces the v0.2.38 `NAME?` inline-help feature everywhere a user would look for it:

README "Aliases and Abbreviations" section: new bullet
`:help` table: `NAME?` row alongside `:nick` / `:gnick` / `:abbrev`
`:info` feature list: mentions inline `NAME?` help
New startup tip (tip8) so the rotation occasionally surfaces it
CLAUDE.md key-code-sections: documents `cmd_show_info` and the dispatch hook
