What changed

  • Rewrites the npm README around Slingshot’s current authoring model and production capabilities.
  • Corrects package metadata and links for npm consumers.
  • Ships all 42 CLI commands in the published package, including dev, infra check, migrate plan, and migrate verify.
  • Adds packed-artifact checks so README drift and missing CLI commands fail the release gate.

Verification

The full hardening gate passed, including lint, formatting, type checks, build, all packed-package checks, Docker/integration tests, coverage, and the 416-page documentation build.
