Myan - Download Manager

Myan is available for macOS and Windows with multipart downloads, pause/resume, persistent download history, and browser integration.

macOS

1. Download Myan-Download-Manager-v1.0.0-macOS-arm64.zip.
2. Unzip it and move Myan - Download Manager.app to /Applications.
3. Open the app once to register browser integration.

Requirements: macOS 14 or later on Apple Silicon.

Windows

1. Download Myan-Download-Manager-Setup-1.0.2-x64.exe.
2. Run the installer and open Myan once.
3. Open Settings and confirm Browser integration shows Connected.
4. Use Repair integration if Chrome was installed after Myan.

Requirements: Windows 10 or Windows 11 x64.

The Windows test installer is not code-signed yet, so Microsoft Defender SmartScreen may show Unknown publisher.

Browser Extensions

• Chrome / Arc extension
• Safari connector

Extensions are distributed only through their official stores.

Verification

SHA256 checksums for both installers are included in SHA256SUMS.txt.

Myan v0.1.1 Beta

Browser store integration update.

• Adds the Chrome Web Store production extension ID to native messaging.
• Keeps Arc compatibility.
• Includes the signed macOS app and checksum only.

Install the main app in /Applications, then install browser extensions from their official stores:
