Patch release — safety hardening for the fix engine.

Fixed

  • Reverting a fix can no longer lose the file. Undo used to remove the live config before restoring the backup; if the backup had gone missing or the copy failed, the file was destroyed. The restore is now fully staged next to the live file and swapped into place atomically — a failed revert leaves the current file untouched.

Changed

  • The built-in fix self-test (--selftest-fixes) now covers the failure branches: a revert with a missing backup or a bad journal record must fail without touching the current file.
  • README and banner tightened: scanning is read-only, fixes edit files — always with a backup and undo. The banner now carries the accurate claim: local-only, no network, no telemetry.

Install

  1. Download AgentAtlas.zip below and unzip it.
  2. Drag AgentAtlas.app into /Applications.
  3. Double-click to launch.

Signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarised by Apple, so it opens without any Gatekeeper warnings. Universal binary (Apple Silicon + Intel), requires macOS 26.5+.

AgentAtlas maps every AI-coding-agent config on your Mac — rules, MCP servers, skills, commands, subagents and settings — across Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Codex, Gemini, Continue, Qwen, Augment and generic AGENTS.md.

It flags the mess — duplicates across agents, project-over-global overrides, broken symlinks, parse errors and disabled entries — and offers safe, reversible fixes (enable, remove broken symlink, remove duplicate) with backups and an undo history.

No network, no telemetry — everything stays on your Mac.
