AgentAtlas maps every AI-coding-agent config on your Mac — rules, MCP servers, skills, commands, subagents and settings — across Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Cline, Codex, Gemini, Continue, Qwen, Augment and generic AGENTS.md.

It flags the mess — duplicates across agents, project-over-global overrides, broken symlinks, parse errors and disabled entries — and offers safe, reversible fixes (enable, remove broken symlink, remove duplicate) with backups and an undo history.

No network, no telemetry — everything stays on your Mac.

Install

  1. Download AgentAtlas.zip below and unzip it.
  2. Drag AgentAtlas.app into /Applications.
  3. Double-click to launch.

The build is signed with a Developer ID certificate and notarised by Apple, so it opens without any Gatekeeper warnings. Universal binary (Apple Silicon + Intel), requires macOS 26.5+.
