Ordered list with split buttons produces wrong indeces

List items have next indeces: 1,2,3

Actual outcome

List items have next indeces: 1,3,5

Platforms/browsers (including version) and devices tested

Chrome 32, Fedora 20

jQuery Mobile and jQuery core version used

JQ - 1.10.1
