This issue was originally TRAC 11716

For a 4d workspace, try integrating out some of the dimensions that are P1-P3. The rebin actually works fine, but the generated vtkDataSet is bad and claims to contain zero points. Russell Ewings pointed this out.

This is related to http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/11690
