As pointed out during testing of ApplyTransmissionCorrection (Ticket http://trac.mantidproject.org/mantid/ticket/1408), the X-values should be copied over to the output workspace. They are currently set to zero regardless of the X-values of the input workspace.

To test, check that the input and output workspaces have the same X bins.
