[http://www.mantidproject.org/DspacemaptoCal DspacemaptoCal] needs to get a new option to convert VULCAN style calibration files to mantid ones. Much more information on the details is attached. This does require an additional parameter to determine what style file is being supplied (POWGEN, VULCAN binary, or VULCAN ascii).
