PDFgetN file loader

Create a new file load for [http://pdfgetn.sourceforge.net/ PDFgetN] ascii files. The list of supported files are (in order of importance):

1. NOM_5429.sqa - multiple spectra
2. NOM_5429.sq - one spectrum
3. NOM_5429.gr - one spectrum
   Bonus points for
4. NOM_5429.sqb - one spectrum
5. NOM_5429.ain - multiple spectra
6. NOM_5429.braw - multiple spectra
7. NOM_5429.bsmo - multiple spectra

These are all basically spec files with a bit of header. Users should need to run once for each file type.
