add '.' to @INC before using it

In Debian we are currently applying the following patch to
Daemon-Control.
We thought you might be interested in it too.

Description: add '.' to @INC before using it
 as in: before, not after �

Your patch was applied to Daemon::Control, I fixed this same issue in DBIx::Config & DBIx::Class::Schema::Config and have re-released them all to CPAN as well.
