Describe the bug

I want to exit the telepresence intercept

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. When I run 'telepresence intercept infra-server-service --mount=false --port 8081:8081 --env-file ./env'
2. I see 'intercept works'

Now I want to exist the intercept, I have tried:

telepresence intercept leave infra-server-service

Expected behavior

the service could works fine and exit the intercept.

• Output of telepresence version
• Operating system of workstation running telepresence commands
• Kubernetes environment and Version [e.g. Minikube, bare metal, Google Kubernetes Engine]
